Sake is a clean and crystal clear alcohol brewed from rice originating in Japan. Its truly unique flavours combine umami and minerality with fruity undertones. Sake is known to leave you feeling refreshed and light with only a hint of a hangover when overdone...other less common side effects may include excellent sword-skills and a strong desire to rule over all samurais.
